  • You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including a cooler. There are no open container laws prohibiting possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or other vessel. It is important to note, however, that the same laws apply to the captain as the driver of a motor vehicle; If you’re over the RI legal limit, you can receive a DUI. The waters are very patrolled. 

  • At the time that you book your charter, you will be charged in full. Customers must provide a 24 hour notice to reschedule their charter to a new day or exchange the amount paid for their reservation into a gift card credit. If your reservation is not cancelled prior to 24 hours before your scheduled rental time, no refund or credit will be provided. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to reschedule or inquire about a cancellation. No shows will be charged the full price.

  • We recommend to arrive approximately 15-20 minutes early to check in. 

  • Yes, our boats do come equipped with a bluetooth stereo. Personal speakers are not permitted and will be asked to be left in your car.

  • You are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog. We allow service animals.

    • The driver must be 21 years of age and hold a valid drivers license.
